What do I need for class?

  • You need yourself in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Many students prefer workout attire - choose what’s best for you!

  • Bring your own mat and props or you are welcome to use ours. Sanitizing wipes are available to wipe down mats and blocks after use.

  • Acceptance of yourself wherever you are today.

  • Water is always a good idea!

How much is a drop in?

  • Drop-ins are $26 per class.

  • Make sure to sign up prior to class via this link.

  • Enjoy class and we look forward to you being a part of our community!

Which class is good for beginners?

  • Good Question! If you see the words basics, level 1, gentle, soothing, restorative, meditative, or breath work, these are all excellent places to start.

  • Read about class descriptions here.

Does the schedule change?

  • From time to time, the class schedule may be updated to better serve our community.

  • We will announce any changes or news via our newsletter. If you haven’t signed up yet, please visit this link.

  • If any last-minute changes are made due to emergencies, a power outage, etc. - we will text and email you as soon as possible.

What if I am recovering from an injury?

  • Many people have used a yoga practice to recover from various injuries, but please check with your doctor to see if yoga is right for you.

  • Our teachers are highly qualified and able to offer alternative poses.

  • We always encourage individuals to listen to their bodies.
