What do I need for class?
You need yourself in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Many students prefer workout attire - choose what’s best for you!
Bring your own mat and props or you are welcome to use ours. Sanitizing wipes are available to wipe down mats and blocks after use.
Acceptance of yourself wherever you are today.
Water is always a good idea!
How much is a drop in?
Drop-ins are $26 per class.

Which class is good for beginners?
Good Question! If you see the words basics, level 1, gentle, soothing, restorative, meditative, or breath work, these are all excellent places to start.

Does the schedule change?
From time to time, the class schedule may be updated to better serve our community.
We will announce any changes or news via our newsletter. If you haven’t signed up yet, please visit this link.
If any last-minute changes are made due to emergencies, a power outage, etc. - we will text and email you as soon as possible.

What if I am recovering from an injury?
Many people have used a yoga practice to recover from various injuries, but please check with your doctor to see if yoga is right for you.
Our teachers are highly qualified and able to offer alternative poses.
We always encourage individuals to listen to their bodies.
